Our Fees

One of the biggest fears about using an accountant is not knowing what it will cost you. It is common for accountants to charge hourly rates, charging time for every phone call, email or letter associated with your company.

Generally we are able to quote a fixed fee, up-front for any work we undertake for you. On occasion, client’s circumstances may not fit into the normal fee structure for our services. But in all cases, we will agree a fee in advance of any work being undertaken. And once we have agreed a fee, it does not change, so you will never be in doubt of what you are required to pay.

A list of our standard fees is as follows:

  • Annual Company Accounts and Corp Tax Returns:-

    • cashbook or summary provided £ 365.00 + VAT
    • prepared from your bank statements £ 425.00 + VAT

  • Annual Payroll Services:-

    • P35 and Payroll Docs (1 director) £ 100.00 + VAT
    • each additional director/employee £ 35.00 + VAT
    • P11D & P11D(b) (1 director) £ 90.00 + VAT
    • each additional director/employee £ 35.00 + VAT
  • Complete Quarterly VAT Returns and Interim Accounts £ 225.00 + VAT
  • VAT Reg/De-Reg £ 80.00 + VAT
  • Set-Up PAYE Scheme £ 80.00 + VAT
  • Complete Form CT41G £ 50.00 + VAT
  • Company Secretarial Services £ 175.00 + VAT per annum
  • Complete Form 363 ASR £ 75.00 + VAT
  • Self-Assessment Tax Returns:-

    • Basic PAYE Employee £ 100.00 + VAT
    • including Self-Employment £ 150.00 + VAT
    • including Income from Property £ 150.00 + VAT
    • including Capital Gains Schedule £ 185.00 + VAT

  • Fully managed service

    • All required company compliance and lodgements from £ 100.00 + VAT per month (minimum 6 month period)
